# Invite and Manage Your Team Members in Vynta Integrate

> Learn how to invite technicians, dispatchers, and admins to Vynta Integrate, manage pending invites, and deactivate members who leave your team.

Growing your team in Vynta is straightforward. Invite people by email, assign them a role, and they're ready to go in minutes.

## Inviting a Team Member

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to Settings > Team">
    Click **Add Team Member**.

  <Step title="Enter their details">
    * **Name** — their full name
    * **Email** — where the invitation is sent
    * **Role** — Owner, Admin, Dispatcher, or Technician

  <Step title="Send the invitation">
    Vynta sends an email with a link to set up their account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="They accept and set up">
    The team member clicks the link, creates a password, and is ready to go.

## Managing Pending Invitations

Invitations that haven't been accepted show as **Pending** in the team list:

* **Resend** — send the invitation email again
* **Revoke** — cancel the invitation
* **Edit** — change the role before they accept

## Deactivating a Team Member

When someone leaves:

1. Open their profile
2. Click **Deactivate**
3. Their access is revoked immediately
4. Their data (jobs, timesheets, notes) is retained
5. Their assigned jobs need to be reassigned

  Deactivated members cannot log in. Make sure to reassign any active jobs before deactivating.

## Bulk Invitations

Need to add multiple team members at once?

1. Go to **Settings** > **Team** > **Bulk Import**
2. Download the CSV template
3. Fill in names, emails, and roles
4. Upload the file
5. Vynta sends invitations to all listed members

## What Happens After They Accept

Once a team member accepts:

* They appear in the team list as **Active**
* They can log in at [Vynta](https://vyntaintegrate.com/auth?mode=signin)
* They see the features matching their role
* They can download the mobile app (for Technicians)

    Your plan determines the limit. Check **Settings** > **Billing** for your current limits.

    Check the spam folder. You can also resend from the team list. If the email is wrong, revoke and create a new invitation.

  <Accordion title="Can I change someone's role after they join?">
    Yes. Open their profile and select a new role. The change takes effect immediately.
