# Health & Safety Compliance

> Track safety certificates, risk assessments, and compliance status across your team and jobs.

## Certificate Expiry Alerts

When a certificate is approaching expiry:

1. A warning appears in the **Needs Attention** panel on the dashboard
2. The technician's profile shows the certificate as "Expiring soon"
3. If the certificate expires, the technician cannot be assigned to jobs requiring that certificate

## Job-Specific Risk Assessments

Before starting a job, technicians can complete a risk assessment:

1. Open the work order and go to **Safety**
2. Complete the risk assessment checklist (hazards, PPE required, access restrictions)
3. Sign off on the assessment
4. The completed assessment is stored against the work order

## Incident Reporting

Technicians can report incidents from the mobile app:

1. Tap **Report Incident**
2. Select the type (near-miss, injury, damage)
3. Describe what happened
4. Attach photos if needed
5. Submit for admin review

Incidents are logged in the compliance dashboard and can be exported for audit purposes.
