## How Vynta Fits Together

Everything in Vynta connects through **work orders**. A work order links:

* The **customer** who needs the work done
* The **technician** who will do the work
* The **schedule** for when it happens
* The **parts** used during the job
* The **time** the technician spent on-site
* The **invoice** sent to the customer
* The **customer portal** view where they track progress

When you update one part, every connected element updates too. A technician marking a job as complete triggers the invoice, updates the customer portal, and adds to the technician's timesheet — all automatically.
