Invite technicians and office staff, then import or add your customer list so you’re ready to take jobs.
3

If you’re migrating from another field service tool, start with Account Setup to learn how to import your existing customer and job data.

How Vynta Fits Together

Everything in Vynta connects through work orders. A work order links:
  • The customer who needs the work done
  • The technician who will do the work
  • The schedule for when it happens
  • The parts used during the job
  • The time the technician spent on-site
  • The invoice sent to the customer
  • The customer portal view where they track progress
When you update one part, every connected element updates too. A technician marking a job as complete triggers the invoice, updates the customer portal, and adds to the technician’s timesheet — all automatically.
