The customer portal is a self-service hub where your clients can track their jobs, view invoices, and submit new service requests. It reduces phone calls, speeds up payment, and makes your business look professional.

What Customers Can Do

How It Looks

The portal uses your branding — your logo, your colours. Customers see a clean, mobile-friendly interface that looks like part of your business, not a generic third-party tool.

What Customers Cannot See

The portal is carefully scoped:
  • No other customers’ jobs or data
  • No internal notes or staff communications
  • No parts costs or profit margins
  • No technician schedules for other customers

Mobile Experience

The portal is designed for phones. Customers can:
  • Check job status while waiting for the technician
  • Submit service requests from their site
  • View invoices and make payments
  • See equipment service history

Reducing Phone Calls

With the portal, customers no longer need to call to:
  • Ask when their technician is coming
  • Check what was done on the last visit
  • Request a new service visit
  • Get a copy of an invoice
This saves your office team time and gives customers the 24/7 access they expect.
