Setting Up a Recurring Job

Open an existing work order
Start with a completed or scheduled work order that represents the job you want to repeat.

Click Make Recurring
Found in the work order actions menu.

Set the recurrence pattern
Choose how often the job repeats:
- Daily — every N days
- Weekly — on specific days of the week
- Monthly — on a specific date each month
- Quarterly — every 3 months
- Yearly — once a year

Set the end condition
Choose when the recurrence stops:
- After N occurrences
- On a specific date
- Never (until you stop it)

Save
Vynta creates the next occurrence automatically based on the schedule.
Managing Recurring Jobs
Go to Jobs > Recurring to see all recurring job templates:- Pause a recurring job temporarily
- Stop a recurring job permanently
- Edit the pattern (changes apply to future occurrences)
- Skip the next occurrence
What Gets Created
Each time a recurring job triggers, Vynta creates a new work order with:- The same customer and service address
- The same job type and description
- The same assigned technician (if specified)
- A new scheduled date based on the pattern

Yes. Open the individual work order and reassign it. The next occurrence will use the original technician.
