Interacting with the Board

Colour Coding

Job blocks are coloured by status:
  • Blue — Scheduled
  • Orange — In Progress
  • Green — Completed
  • Red — Urgent or Emergency
  • Grey — Cancelled

Capacity Planning

The week view shows technician capacity:
  • Full rows mean the technician is fully booked
  • Partial rows show available slots
  • Empty rows indicate time off or no assignments
Use this to balance workloads and identify who can take on more jobs.

What Technicians See

Technicians see their own schedule on the mobile app, sorted by date. They cannot see other technicians’ schedules unless they have Dispatcher or Admin access.

Yes. Click Print in the top right to generate a printable view of the current schedule.
Vynta warns you about the conflict and asks if you want to proceed or reassign.
